Introduction:
DCS-VSF Fine powder bag filler is mainly developed and designed for the ultra-fine powder and and it can meet the high-precision packaging requirements. It is suitable for talcum powder, white carbon black, active carbon, putty powder and other ultra-fine powder.
Features:
1. Filling adopts stepping motor moving screw, which has the advantages of accurate positioning, high precision, fast speed, large torque, long life, settable speed and good stability.
2. Stirring adopts Taiwan-made maintenance-free geared motor: low noise, long life and maintenance-free life.
3. Designed to be called the feedback specific gravity tracking type, which overcomes the shortcomings of the weight change caused by the change of the specific gravity of the material.
4. Replace the screw attachment, which can adapt to a variety of materials such as ultra-fine powder to large particles.
5. Adopting domestic famous brand Electric Measurement and Electronic Scale” to control measurement and feedback.
6. Photoelectric switch control cutting, packaging containers (bags, cans) are not limited.
