Automatic Bag Flattener provides an easy way to shape the bags before palletizing.
Automatic Bag Flattener conveyors consists of a lower conveyor and mounted above conveyer, inverted, with specially designed mounting channels to provide for final conveyor adjustment. Bag travels butt-first between two belts that force the material to lay flat in the bag, provide a more uniform package for stacking and other operations. Note that each of the conveyors features mechanical variable speed adjustment on the conveyor drives to achieve the desired operating speed. With the incorporated guarding, this Unit is also one of the safest units available.
Application:
Automatic Bag Flattener is used to move bags from one level to another. Typically the bags are received from a processing conveyor, transported up the incline conveyor to a palletizing station.
